Everytime I’ve been there I’ve gotten a free drink from someone different they always say they’ll throw it away anyways so I don’t understand the comment where they called out particular people. All the bartenders & servers are awesome never had a bad experience! Highly recommend harrahs casino out of all on the coast!

As a solo traveler this place is perfect. I felt safe and CTA was fabulous. My room was on the 6th floor 637 . It could use a few updates lights, bathroom accessories but it was clean

This is a wonderful place to stay in Biloxi! The people are so friendly, the casino is nice. There are several restaurants on property. Do NOT sleep on the Blind Tiger which I will touch more on in another review, but I will say their tuna dip and .royal reds shrimp is chef's kiss! The rooms are roomy and clean. If in Biloxi, give this place a try! Eat, drink and be awesome!!!

Room was really nice! Great location and we enjoyed all the food options. The only negative was that the hot tub didn't work the day we were there. They fixed it in the evening, but we didn't have time to use it because we were checking out the next morning.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, answered every question with patience, and gave us amazing recommendations that truly made our trip even better. It’s rare to come across someone with such outstanding customer service skills and such a positive attitude. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a great experience. To be honest, I would have given a lower rating based on some aspects of the experience with our room. However, one person completely changed that for us—Annaliese pool server. Annaliese was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly made our trip more enjoyable and memorable.
